play with your kids. At school they may be playing team games, or just throwing
the ball around. Playing with the kids is fun, it is a good exercise for you
and it shows all of the children that this is something adults do as well as

always make sure you are prepared to provide them the best of everything,
watching them prosper healthy and fit. There is no mandatory rule as doing a
